Ingredients
- Brussels sprouts - 500 gms
- Onion - 1
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
- Chili Powder - 1 tbsp
- Salt as taste
Method
- Heat the oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and allow it to splutter.
- Add Brussels sprouts(cut into half), salt and spice powders.
- Cook undisturbed until caramelized.
- Continue to cook and stir until the Brussels sprouts are cooked completely.
