Brussels Sprouts Stir Fry

Brussels Sprouts Stir Fry is a simple and easy recipe which packed with good source of vitamins. Usually I bake the Brussel Sprouts along with salt and pepper and stuff inside the wrap. Today just want to give it try with Indian spices. It tastes pretty good. This wonderful and easy dish has got it’s health benefits as well: vitamin A, vitamin C, folic acid and dietary fiber.


Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts - 500 gms
  • Onion - 1
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
  • Chili Powder -  1 tbsp
  • Salt as taste

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and allow it to splutter.
  2. Add Brussels sprouts(cut into half), salt and spice powders. 
  3. Cook undisturbed until caramelized.
  4. Continue to cook and stir until the Brussels sprouts are cooked completely.

Add Brussels sprouts


Add all spice powders
Allow it to cook

 




Ready to serve
