Aloo Greens Fry Recipe

Aloo Greens Fry Recipe - A simple and healthy recipe. Sometimes with kids its challenging to eat greens, this recipe helps you to feed kids. Today in my recipe I used spring mix. It is pretty simple to make as well. Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you.


Ingredients

  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Green leaves / Spring Mix  – 2 cups
  • Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
  • Onion – 1
  • Potatoes – 5
  • Turmeric Powder  – 1/2 tsp
  • Chili Powder -  1 tbsp
  • Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1 tsp

Method

  1. Boiled the potatoes, peel and cut into cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai. Add in cumin seeds and let them sizzle. Add mustard seeds and let it splutter.
  3. Add onions and fry it for a min.
  4. Add all spice powders, salt and spring mix.
  5. Saute it for 3 mins. Ready to serve.
Boil 5 potatoes

Saute it

Add potatoes

Fry it for 3 mins.
