Aloo Greens Fry Recipe - A simple and healthy recipe. Sometimes with kids its challenging to eat greens, this recipe helps you to feed kids. Today in my recipe I used spring mix. It is pretty simple to make as well. Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you.
Ingredients
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Green leaves / Spring Mix – 2 cups
- Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
- Onion – 1
- Potatoes – 5
- Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Chili Powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Method
- Boiled the potatoes, peel and cut into cubes.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Add in cumin seeds and let them sizzle. Add mustard seeds and let it splutter.
- Add onions and fry it for a min.
- Add all spice powders, salt and spring mix.
- Saute it for 3 mins. Ready to serve.
