DIY : Ayurvedic Herbal Bath Powder - Nalangu Maavu - Herbal Face Pack

All  ingredients needed for herbal bath powder  are easily available in amazon / Herbal shops. Instead of using chemical products for body wash, we can use this herbal bath powder which delays the aging of skin. Also can be use as face pack. Daily use of this powder makes your skin so soft, smooth and silky. This bath powder can use for kids more than 3 years.

Rose Petals
Aromatic, Makes skin soft
1 cup
Vettiver
Contains cooling properties, reduces acne, sores
1 cup
Almonds
Moisturize Skin
Half cup
Avarampoo

Increases the glow of the skin and improves complexion
1 cup
Fenugreek Seeds
Refreshes and tone skin
1 tsp

Method

  1. Dry all the ingredients in the sun for 4 hrs.
  2. Grind it to a fine powder and sieve it.
  3. Once it cooled store it in airtight container.

How to use

  • Take a required quantity ,mix with little water to make a paste.Use this paste instead of soap.
  • For Dry Skin mix the powder with water / curd / milk cream / milk.
  • For Oil skin mix the powder with honey / water.
  •  Always use dry spoon for longlife.
  • This powder can also use as scrubber.
