Indian Broccoli Rabe Kootu - Rapini Kootu

Broccoli Rabe kootu - Rich protein content and nutrients because of lentil added. I want to give a try for english vegetables with Indian masala. Broccoli rabe (Rapini) is a green leafy vegetable, with the buds resembling broccoli florets. Remove the  stems and thicker veins while cleaning the leaves, and add 2 tomatoes to compensate the bitterness.
