Stuffed paratha is very common recipe, but stuffing may vary. Its
very easy method to make our kids to eat. Today we see one more healthy kids recipe. Yes most of the kids like peanut butter. Here we use the stuffing as kids favorite
Peanut butter. This is good for carry on
pack and lunch box. Today I use potatoes and carrots combination. Hope

Most of the kids likes bread because of jam or peanut butter. So just think about healthy version, instead of store bought bread we use our paratha dough 😇

Ingredients
For the stuffing
- Peanuts Butter - 1 tbsp
- Palm jaggery - 1 tsp
For dough
- Wheat flour - 1/4 cup
- Salt as per taste
- Water as required
- Few drops of oil to knead
Method
To make the stuffing
- Roast the peanuts.
- Add homemade butter and do coarse grind. (I prepare and store in refrigerator)
- Take 1 tbsp of peanut butter.
- Add 1 tsp of jaggery on it.
To make dough
- Take wheat flour in a wide mixing bowl.
- Add salt, water and oil.
- Add water and start mixing the flour.
- Initially the dough may look and feel sticky. Add few drops of oil and knead the dough well.
- Let the dough rest for minimum 10 minutes before rolling it.
To make paratha
- Take a small ball size dough and press lightly between your palms.
- Dip in dry flour/oil and roll it to 5 to 6 inch circle.
- Add filling and gather the sides.
- Gently press the dough and filling to flatten it.
- Dip in dry flour again and start rolling it lightly.
- Roll it gently to form 8 inch diameter circle.
- Roll more parathas before fry it on dosa pan.
- Gently put paratha on hot pan.
- Flip and fry for a minute, and brush some oil on second side too.
- Fry on both sides and serve hot.
