Oats Dosa recipe - Instant dosa - Oats Rava onion Dosa - Rava Dosa always goes well with coconut chutney or tomato chutney. Instant dosa comes handy and easy to make it. Prepare dosa batter and you start prepare your chutneys. Once chutney gets ready, batter gets ready to go on pan. After long trips we totally exhausted, that time i feel this recipe is my savior, very easy to prepare and doesn't end up with outside food.

Ingredients
- Oats - 1 cup
- ½ cup Rice flour - 1/2 cup
- Rava - 1/4 cup
- Salt as per taste
- Water - 2 cups
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Ginger - 1 inch grated
- Green mirchi - 1 finely chopped
- Onion - 1 medium size chopped
- Curry leaves
- Corriander leaves
- Oil
How to make Dosa Batter
- Roast oats on low flame till it turns crisp.Once cool completely and grind to a fine powder.
- Take a large bowl and add the powdered oats.
- Add rice flour, rava, salt and water.
- Whisk well to avoid the lumps.
- Add ginger, chilli, onion, coriander and curry leaves.
- Mix well and keep aside the batter for 20 - 30 minutes.
- Rava absorbs more water so that after 20 minutes you can check and add water for thin water consistency.
Method
- Heat dosa pan and pour the dosa batter over it. Add 1 tsp oil on the edges of dosa.
- Cook on medium flame so that you will get crispy texture.
- Cook both sides and ready to serve with chutneys.
