Green Chili Curry Recipe - Mirchi Curry

Besan Ki Mirchi Recipe is famous dish in Rajasthan and mouthwater dish. I created my own simple version of this recipe with minimum ingredients. For working women, its really easy to make and simple recipe, total cooking time not even take more than 10 mins. This curry you can store in the refrigerator and use upto one week.


Ingredients

  • Green Bajji / Big Mirchi - 8 to 10 Medium sized
  • Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
  • Onion - 1
  • Gingelly / coconut oil - 2 tbsp
  • Besan flour - 1 tsp
  • Salt as per taste

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, green chillies, curry leaves, salt and cook it for 2-3 mins. 
  2. When green chilies is roasted add besanflour and mix nicely.
  3. Now green chili curry is ready to serve. 
Clean the green mirchi in hot water


Cut mirchi in round shape

Add onions and fry

Add cut mirchis
Add turmeric powder

Fry it
Add besan flour

On simmer mode, fry it

 
Ready to serve.
