Healthy breakfast is the great kick off to start the best day. I might
skip lunch or dinner, but never skip the breakfast. I tell everyone the
same. Omelette is a low carb, gluten free recipe with fresh ingredients.
Omelettes are so easy to make and only require a few ingredients, to
turn out for great taste. This is filling and gives you the energy you
need to get going.
Ingredients
- Eggs - 3
- Grated cheese - 2 tbsp
- Vegetables as per your choice
- Salt - a pinch
- Pepper - 1tsp
- Butter - 2 tsp

Saute the vegetables using 1 tsp of butter and keep aside.

Take a bowl and beat 3 eggs with a fork and season with salt and pepper.
- Melt the butter in the frying pan. Add the egg mixture to the pan and spread it out evenly. When it starts to
firm up, but still has a bit of raw on top, add sauted vegetables and grated cheese at half side.

Fold the omelette and allow it cook for both sides for another 1 min. Serve hot.
