I have baked many versions of banana bread. But today's recipe is my favorite version and easy to bake even for beginners cook too. It has a good amount of ripe bananas in it. Whenever you have some ripe bananas lying around then try this recipe. It is super easy recipe. The Bread is soft, moist and full of banana flavor.

- All Purpose flour - 1 cup
- Wheat flour - 3 cups
- Baking Soda - 2 tsp
- Raw Brown Sugar - 1 cup
- Unsalted Butter - ½ cup
- Cinnamon powder - 2 tsp
- Ripe Banana - 3 to 5 as you need
- Eggs - 2
- Preheat oven to 250.
- Line 2 loaf pans with parchment paper.
- Take a bowl and beat peeled bananas.
- Add butter, sugar, eggs beat till fluffy.
- Add in flour, baking soda, cinnamon powder and fold gently. DON'T BEAT.
- Spoon this into baking pan and bake for 35 to 40 mins.
- Remove and cool completely. Slice and serve.

Transfer it to bowl
