The best keto friendly replacement for potato, with barely any
carbs this keto cauliflower.
Ingredients
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Onions - 1 large sliced thinly
- Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
- Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
- Cauliflower - 2 cup florets
- Salt to taste
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
- Oil
Instructions
- Clean the cauliflower in hot water. Drain and set aside in a bowl.
- Deep fry it in hot oil till golden. Drain and set aside.
- Heat little oil in a pan, add onions and toss well.
- Add salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder.
- Add cauliflower and fry on medim flame.
- Serve.
Easy and delicious cauliflower varuval which can be paired with rasam rice or used as a filling for roti.
