Keto Diet recipe - Quick Cauliflower fry - Cauliflower Varuval

 The best keto friendly replacement for potato, with barely any carbs this keto cauliflower. 
Ingredients
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Onions - 1 large sliced thinly
  • Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
  • Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
  • Cauliflower - 2 cup florets
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
  • Oil
Instructions
  1. Clean the cauliflower in hot water. Drain and set aside in a bowl.
  2. Deep fry it in hot oil till golden. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat little oil in a pan, add onions and toss well.
  4. Add salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder.
  5. Add cauliflower and fry on medim flame.
  6. Serve.

Easy and delicious cauliflower varuval which can be paired with rasam rice or used as a filling for roti.
